YOGA COURSES

All passes are available online when you book your class. Alternatively, see us at the studio 15 minutes before your class and we can arrange your pass purchase for you with card or cash. If you can’t make your booking, please cancel within 2 hours before so you can re-book for a more appropriate time. If you do not cancel within 2 hours, you will sadly loose your class credit.

Pre-Natal Yoga 6 Week Course

 

 

 

The next 6 week course starts Wednesday September 20th – October 25th at 7.30-8.45pm

Pre-Natal Yoga is a holistic approach to your pregnancy and journey to birth. You will learn yoga practices including postures, breathing and relaxation techniques to help increase your awareness, strength and trust in your self and your body to nourish and birth your baby. The classes are an opportunity to  empower yourself towards an instinctive and calm approach to your pregnancy and birth.

Drop-ins are more than welcome.  

**A valid concessional ID includes 65 years+ Centrelink Health Benefits card and a university student card. If you are unable to show your teacher a valid ID, you will be charged the full price for your class pass purchase.

 

Mums & Bubs Yoga 6 Week Course

 

 

 

This 6 week course will begin on Monday October 9th – November 13th at 11.30am – 12.30pm! The EARLY BIRD SPECIAL of $120 ends on September 20th so book your spot. Spaces limited to 10 mums and their bubs!

This 6 week course is suitable for new mums who are at least 6 week postpartum (8 weeks if Caesarian birth) and babies who are pre-crawlers. And yep, dads are also welcome!

Your body, mind, emotions and spirit have undergone tremendous challenges and changes while birthing your baby and becoming a new mum. As a dad, your world has also changed inside out. This course focuses on yoga postures specifically designed for the postnatal months by helping new mum’s regain strength while toning in a safe and effective way. You will also learn breathing and meditation methods to calm your mind.These classes are a great opportunity to introduce your baby to yoga, promote parent and baby bonding, and share time with other new mums and dads.

Invite your mummy and daddy friends and make a weekly date of it! No yoga experience is necessary and all equipment, including mats, are provided at the studio.
